About Alameda Market

Organic Wagyu and Prime Butcher Shop.

Alameda Market is one of the asian grocery stores listed in Burbank, California. The business is registered at 321 E Alameda Ave, Burbank, CA 91502; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as butcher shop, market, meat wholesaler, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Store size varies enormously, from a small corner grocery with a few aisles to a full supermarket chain location in Burbank with a bakery, seafood counter and food court under one roof. Sales and promotions are often posted in-store or in a weekly flyer rather than online, so prices listed on a website may be out of date. Seafood markets sell live and on-ice product and can usually clean or prepare fish on request for a small fee. Specialty food stores in California may focus narrowly on one category, like a butcher, a rice and dry goods shop, or an import store, so calling ahead to confirm stock for a specific item saves a wasted trip.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 9:30 am–6:30 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (818) 848-1655. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, alamedameatmarket.com.

Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 27 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Burbank is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Burbank follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Alameda Meat Market is hands down my go to for quality meats and great service. Everything is always super fresh, well cut, and fairly priced. The staff is friendly, helpful, and actually takes the time to answer questions or make recommendations. You can tell they take pride in what they do! Whether I’m grabbing something quick for dinner or planning a BBQ, I always leave happy. Highly recommend supporting this local gem!

THE spot for high end steaks and meats. When I'm looking for a special cut of meat to celebrate a special occasion, Alameda Market is my go-to. This is less of a market and more of a boutique for meat lovers. Behind the glass cases you'll find a delicious array of steaks, skewers, kabob meat, fish, and more. Everything always looks fresh and appealing which always has me picking up more items than I intended going in. The remainder of the store is every bit as clean and appealing as the meat cases. Every shelf is stocked with specialty canned and dried goods to round out your meal and fill the belly. It's the best elements of a classic delicatessen and NYC bodega that reflects the pride of the owners. Speaking of the owners, what a great group of people. They're not just here to take your order, they're here to make you feel welcome. Ignore any and all negative reviews falsely claiming rude serviceβ€”if you walk away with that impression it might be time to revaluate how you interact with people. In sum, great food, great people, great shop. If you're looking for meats to make a memorable barbecue, celebrate a big promotion, or impress your Hinge date, put Alameda Market on your
